To establish new service or discontinue service, please contact our office at (814) 487-5615. Customers looking to establish new service should download our NEW SERVICE APPLICATION located here. Please feel out this form and return it to us for proper processing. Any fees or payments that are required must accompany the new service application unless previous arrangements have been made.

Service Rates
Basic Water Services are $19.00 for 2,500 gallons per month, plus ¢0.70 per 100 gallons based on water usage. (per meter readings). For a complete break down of fees and rates, visit our WATER RATES page. |
